Aunt Deb’s Turkey Meatloaf

This turkey meatloaf is a tasty substitution for those of you who don’t eat beef – or who say they don’t like meatloaf. We make at least one a month in our house – and you get “Simply the Best” meatloaf sandwiches the next day! And, they freeze beautifully if you want to double or triple the recipe and put some away.

Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey

1 lb. ground pork

3 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce

2 Tbs. Dijon Mustard

2 eggs

1 1/2 c. bread crumbs or panko

1 Tbs. Chopped parsley

1 small yellow onion. chopped

1 Tbs. finely minced garlic

How to:

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Form into 1 large or 2 small loaves.

Spread ketchup on top.

Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
