This turkey meatloaf is a tasty substitution for those of you who don’t eat beef – or who say they don’t like meatloaf. We make at least one a month in our house – and you get “Simply the Best” meatloaf sandwiches the next day! And, they freeze beautifully if you want to double or triple the recipe and put some away.
