It’s National Garlic Month!

Do you adore garlic? Are you one of those cooks who always adds twice what the recipe says? Then, this recipe for Pull Apart Garlic Monkey Bread is for you!


1 Can of large size biscuits

1 cup of melted butter

7 cloves of crushed garlic

1 of  grated parmesan cheese

½ Cup of sliced green onions, whites and green parts

Finely chopped parsley and red pepper flakes for the top

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F

Sauté the garlic and the butter in a saucepan. Cut the biscuits into quarters. Roll each quarter in the garlic butter, and place them in a bundt pan. Then sprinkle each layer with some parmesan and the green onions Bake in the preheated oven until the top is golden brown and beautiful! (15 – 20 min.) Sprinkle the top with additional parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes and the parsley and serve with a marinara sauce.
