2 – 8 oz. packages of cream cheese, softened

1 Cup of Mayo

1/2 Cup Shredded Monterey Jack

1/4 Cup chopped green chiles

1/4 Cup chopped jalapeños

1/2 Cup Bacon Bits

1 Cup Shredded Parmesan

1/2 Cup Panko Japanese bread crumbs




In a large bowl, mix the first  ingredients until well mixed. Spread into a pie pan and top with the Parmesan and Panko bread crumbs.

Bake at 400 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve with chips, crackers and vegetables such as red pepper and green pepper slices.
