This luscious Lobster Dip would be a fabulous dish to have on any special occasion, or just for the two of you next to a roaring fire with a bottle of bubbly. Either way, it’s delightful!
Ingredients:
8 oz. Lobster Meat (or Louis Kemp Lobster Delight)
1/4 Cup diced red bell pepper
1 Cup Mayonnaise
2 T. fresh lemon juice
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. hot sauce of your liking
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
For the topping:
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 Cup grated parmesan
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Chop the lobster into small bites and add to all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Place in a 8 x 8 baking dish, casserole dish or 2 gratin dishes for personal servings.
Top with cheese mixture and Bake for 20 to 25 minutes – until the cheese is browned and bubbling hot!
Serve with crackers, pita chips, tortilla chips, sourdough toast or your choice of breads.
