This dish is creepy enough to gross out anyone, but the taste is fantastic! It’s a Jello Shot Brain flavored with Peach Schnapps and Peach Jello. All you need is the mold from the party store and you’re good to go!

 

Ingredients

1 brain-shaped gelatin mold

4 – 3 oz. packages peach flavored Jello

3 cups boiling water

1 – 12 oz. can of evaporated milk

1  Cups peach schnapps

1/2 Cup each Vodka

4 drops blue food coloring

2 drops red food coloring

2 teaspoons water

 

Directions

Lightly oil the mold

Stir the peach jello with the boiling water in a bowl to dissolve the jello. Allow to cool to room temperature. When cool, add the evaporated milk and peach schnapps and pour into the mold. Refrigerate until set.

 

Dip the mold in very warm water to loosen. Be careful not to let water get in the mold. Invert brain onto a plate. Mix the red and blue food coloring and paint the grooves of the brain. Return to refrigerator until the food coloring is set. Serve cold, then sit back and watch the faces of your guests!
