I recently took my trailer into Rocky Mountain RV & Marine for service, and once again they absolutely delivered. I dropped it off on Saturday and was told it would be ready by Thursday. Not only did they meet expectations—they exceeded them. By Tuesday, I got the call that it was ready to go. That kind of turnaround and communication is exceptional. A big shoutout to the Service Department and the technicians who completed the work—they did an outstanding job. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail.

We just went in to kill time and buy a $5 part. On the way out the door we spoke with a salesman, just conversation at first, then asked if they had any used motorhomes. Al Ramsey was his name. He told us he had one just came in, another customer was interested and put a deposit but was happy to show it to us. We loved it. We kept in touch and later in the week found out it was available. We pretty much bought it over the phone. New tires put on and serviced engine and generator. Picked up about a week later. All the staff was helpful and happy to be there for us. Talk to Al Ramsey if you're looking to buy, or just to ask questions. Thanks again everyone for your help.

We had a wonderfully smooth experience. From the selection to the purchase process and orientation, everything went well. I truly felt like they cared about helping me find an RV that truly fit my needs. I feel like they did not suggest extra or random upgrades that did not suit us. Every person I talk to seemed to have a genuinely caring attitude. Al, Bianca, Carlos, and Brandon all were wonderful.
