Responsibilities include but not limited to

• Welcome customers in a prompt, friendly manner
• Initiate work orders and complete clerical process for work in progress to completion
• Complete warranty paperwork
• Post service employee time to work orders
• Maintain operational support for Service Department
• Manage files related to customer equipment sales & work orders
• Coordinate & monitor preventive maintenance logs and scheduled services

Our BRAND NEW heated and air conditioned shop assures you a comfortable working environment. We are currently hiring RV & Marine technicians with the future option to cross train. We offer training programs to advance you MASTER CERTIFIED level. Applicants should have some industry certification or training.

The person in this position must enjoy working with people and answering lots of questions from customers. They will be responsible for showing RV owners the features and systems of their RV and how to use them. Some experience and knowledge of RVs & travel trailers and how they function is a plus, but it is not required.
