One Sheet Pan Lemon Garlic Chicken

We all love a quick and easy dish to make while camping. This One Sheet Pan Lemon Garlic Chicken is cooked along with most of the other items for a complete meal! Just add a crisp salad, nice glass of white wine and you have it!


Lemon, Rosemary Garlic Chicken



1/3 C. olive oil

¼ C. fresh lemon juice

2 lemons sliced

10 garlic cloves, smashed

3 – 4 twigs of fresh rosemary

2 tsp. kosher salt

1 tsp. freshly ground pepper

4 – 6 chicken breasts or mixed pieces

2 lbs. red potatoes

1 bunch of asparagus

3 T. olive oil




Stir the first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl


Preheat oven to 450 degrees


Place the sheet pan on the stove top over 2 burners. Add the 3 Tbs. of olive oil and begin to heat over medium high heat. Toss the potatoes around to cost lightly with oil.


Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper and then place on the sheet pan (skin down if you like prefer it with skin) to get a golden brown, which should take about 10 minutes.


Flip the chicken over and pour the lemon mixture over the top.


Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
