There’s a lot to be said about an uncomplicated man who loves his job and family – That’s Glen Hess.
More than 10 years ago Glen joined our service department after having worked as an auto mechanic. Being very goal driven, he quickly dove into the training offered by the company and became a Certified RVDA Technician. That means he has had “Simply the Best” training for taking care of your RV! It takes years to achieve that Certificate.
Glen says the same thing as most employees at Rocky Mountain, what he likes most about his job is the people he works with. His advice for new employees is to “take advantage of all the available training”.
He says he’s happiest when spending time with family but considering he works days and his wife of 34 years works nights – we wonder when exactly that is? Is that the key to a long, happy marriage Glen?
In his spare time he enjoys camping, fishing and working around the house. Owning a horse farm and deep sea fishing are things on his bucket list and knowing Glen, he will accomplish those!
