If you love coconut, you will adore this custard pie that makes it’s own shell! If you’ve had the coconut custard pie at Bonefish Grill – this is it!
Just 7 ingredients and so easy to make!

1/2 Cup Bisquick
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Milk
1 Cup flaked coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon softened butter
Sift the sugar and Bisquick together in a mixing bowl. Add the soft butter and mix in. Beat the milk, vanilla and eggs together in a separate bowl. Add the milk mixure into the dry ingredients and stir to mix well. Add the coconut and stir in well.
Place in a greased pie plate and bake at 400 for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with ice cream or Butter Rum Sauce.
