Mike Hood

Mike Hood is a native of New Mexico and he has over 50 years of RVing experience.

When he was a child, Mike enjoyed camping with his parents in their travel trailer.  He’s made 2 RV trips to Canada and camped all around the western United States.

 Mike and his wife of 30 years, Billie, started RVing after they were first married by purchasing a tent trailer and then they gradually moved up to several travel trailers of various sizes and eventually a motor home.

They have 2 daughters, Kari resides in Florida, and Juli lives in Albuquerque, and now that they are grown, Mike and Billie are looking forward to RVing with their grandchildren.

Mike also is an experienced boater, and over the last 25 years he has owned several boats including sailboats, ski boats and fishing boats. 

He highly recommends RVing & boating as a great way to enjoy outdoor family fun with your children & grandchildren providing wonderful memories that last a lifetime.

Mike’s additional experience includes the insurance industry, education and he sold masonry-building supplies throughout Southern New Mexico.

Deloy Smith

Deloy Smith loves the RV industry.  He was one of the top producers at an RV dealership in Coos Bay, Oregon, where he learned that focusing on a deep commitment to customer service was the key to success in the RV business.

Deloy attended multiple training seminars each week and product knowledge became his “tools of the trade.”  He is looking forward to extending his product knowledge into the sales area of marine industry because he loves fishing and has owned several boats from fishing boats to large v-hulls.

RVing & camping is in Deloy’s blood, as in his words he has “taken tons of RV trips with family and friends over the last 36 years,” and he also enjoys hiking and riding ATVs.

 Deloy also has a background in graphic design, where he worked in the banking industry producing and retrofitting ATM machines.      

Allen Welch

Allen Welch became exposed to the RV industry in the early 70s when his parents opened and operated an RV dealership as a family business.

Being involved in the family business gave Allen a tremendous background in all departments of the retail RV industry including parts, service, finance, management and sales. 

In addition to RVs, Allen has also sold race car trailers, utility trailers and horse trailers.

Allen enjoys sharing the knowledge he has gathered in the RV business with his customers and he focuses on maintaining long lasting relationships thru outstanding customer service.

When Allen has free time, he enjoys camping and exploring many of the wilderness areas in New Mexico.  He also spends quality time with his wife and two sons at the New Mexico lakes. 

Allen’s other interests include gardening, riding sport bikes and skydiving.
