There’s nothing I like better than an easy, fast recipe that has just a few ingredients to whip up in my Monaco Knight kitchen. It cooks in one pan so I don't have to worry about a load of dishes to do afterwards! We like recipes even better when it’s fiery hot!
1 pound jumbo shrimp, cleaned, peeled and deveined
¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
¼ tsp.salt
1 TBS. olive oil
½ cup (1 stick) butter
3 tablespoons honey
1 tsp. chile de arbol powder
zest of 1 lime
¾ tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 pound linguine, cooked according to package directions
In a large bowl, toss shrimp with lime juice and salt. Set aside. In a sauté pan over medium-high heat, warm the oil. Cook the shrimp until just pink. Remove shrimp from pan and keep warm.
In the same sauté pan, melt the butter and stir in the honey, chile powder, lime zest and pepper. Add the cooked linguine and shrimp to the pan and toss well to coat.
