Is a $50,000 price tag keeping you from taking your child or a grand child fishing? Maybe you want to start fishing in your local tournaments but the idea of spending so much on a boat has you second-guessing the idea?
Nitro Z-6 Overhead
There are many of options available to get you on the water and if you’re looking for an inexpensive fiberglass bass boat, you just can’t beat the Z-6.
This NITRO Z-6 is 17’6” long with a beam of 90”. Beam is extremely important for me. If you have ever been in a boat that is fairly narrow you know that the slightest movement of you or your fishing partner can easily turn into a dive off the boat. With this boat being 7 feet wide you don’t have to worry about moving around.
Nitro Z-6 on Trailer
The Nitro Z-6 comes standard with a 115 HP Mercury Optimax and for a few dollars more you can get the 115 Optimax Pro-XS. Now if you want a boat that is going to run 65-70MPH maybe this is not the boat for you. This boat is definitely fast and you should have no problem getting from one side of the lake to the other, even in gale force winds.
The most impressive thing about this boat is that even though it is the smallest of the NITRO line it still has the amenities that the larger boats do. It features in dash flush mounted electronics, built in battery charger, 34 gallon live well, rod boxes that will handle rods up to 7’6”, a molded re-boarding ladder, MotorGuide trolling motor and lots of storage scattered throughout the boat.
The best thing about this boat is the price. For under $22,000 you will have a terrific fishing boat and if you want some extras, there are more than 20 options that you can add.
Remember it doesn’t cost a fortune to have fun! Come on into Rocky Mountain RV and Marine and let us show you what your missing out on.
