Nearly 170,000 NASCAR fans including our Co-Owners, Judy Roberts & Rick Scholl, saw Matt Kenseth win the Samsung Mobile 500 that was held at the Texas Motor Speedway on April 9th

“We are always impressed when everyone in the huge NASCAR crowd removes their hats and remains silent during the pre-race prayer” said Rick Scholl.  “To bad my favorite driver Jimmy Johnson didn't win, anyway, it was a pretty boring race, but we still had a lot of fun hanging out with other RV’ers.” he added.

“We usually arrive on the Thursday or Friday prior to a race which gives us plenty of time to catch up on all the news from our RVing friends.” stated Judy Roberts.  “But we really party hardy when Kasey Kahne or Kyle Bush wins, she added.

People bring all kinds of viewing platforms to give them the best view possible of the race.  In the foreground of this picture you can see the “Bus Boys” on top of an old school bus with a patio constructed on top of it and just behind the school bus is another RV with a private 15’ viewing platform erected right next to their motor home.  RV People get pretty creative at these NASCAR races dressing up their motor homes, 5th wheels and travel trailers, and RV parks and campgrounds are sprouting up near all of the major NASCAR tracks.
